Does anyone have the recipe for the Apple Blue Cheese salad with hazelnuts that is served on belgian endive leaves?

Kathy...I think Jean answered your post in the T&T.  Welcome to CT, but in the future, you can post recipe requests in the "I'm Looking for a Recipe" folder.  T&T is reserved for those items which have been tried and recommended by several posters (at least three) and the archives are for memoirs, etc.  It might sound complicated, but you'll get used to it!
